Lanvin's leap.

It was confirmed on Thursday [but being a little behind as usual, the news has only just reached me] that the lovely Alber Elbaz will be following in the footsteps of those before him such as Christopher Kane, Jil Sander, Louise Gray, Matthew Williamson and many more as he collaborates with high street store H&M. Yes you did read that right Lanvin will be creating a collection for H&M, how the beautiful clothes of Lanvin will translate into a affordable high street range i could not begin to think, but this will no doubt turn out to be AMAZING.  The collection will include women's and men's spring clothing, and will hit stores in November of this year i can hardly wait to see what Elbaz comes up with.  I sense a quick sell out much like the Christopher Kane/ Topshop scenario so as soon as November 23rd comes around make sure your in the first queue to avoid disappointment, the collections will be unveiled around a week before they hit the shops so you will have time to make an informed decision on what breaks the bank balance, as i trust this may be a rather pricey affair.
